Now that I’m home safe and sound….
There was NO CHASE CAR!! I rode this trip ALL ALONE!! Except for the first 300 miles and then last 100 miles. My friend, Melinda rode with me both times!! I didn’t even get to ride with other bikes on the road!! Except for twice and that was only for 10 min each!!

Okkkkkk I’m back in California!! Danced for about 10 miles when I crossed over!! We did it!!
Its hot here in Palm Springs, 115. I don’t know why the heat does two things to me… Puts me to sleep and makes me want to cry… STRANGE
I think I would rather have humid heat as I sweat more and it keeps me cooler!!
Plenty of liquid today!! See you soon Barger HD!!

Glad I listened to my instincts!! When I filled up my camel pak, I thought you better pack extra… It was dry by 100 miles and I’m sure glad I had more to put in!! Very very hot out here!! AND I’m sure NO RAIN!!

It is with mixed feelings that I complete the last leg of my trip. I can’t wait to see all those I love!! Please, meet me at Barger Harley-Davidson @ 4 PM!!

I would love to see everyone!! I need lots of hugs!! The HOG group will be there also!!
A part of me wants to keep rolling. I feel like I’ve been on the road for three months. A part of me misses the roots of my life and mostly I miss helping the women I mentor!!
God has a plan here and now I get to sit back and watch it all unfold!!

I love love love getting lost on the bike!!!! Found an road called Old West Road!! It was deliteful!! Kept trying to catch the rain as it was 100 although I would just miss it!! Blue Bird did well!! I’m so grateful!!

She did great so far!!!!! Took me 180 miles on one tank!! Took 4.75 gallons… OPPS. Cut that one way way to short!! Ha ha. Only 230 miles till destination!! Fly Blue Bird Fly!!

Omg omg omg. Barnett is giving me a bike to ride and will bring me mine in a few weeks!!!!!!!!! I’m leaving!!!!!!!! She’s beautiful!! Blue Bird is her name!!! Blue is the favorite color of someone very special to me!!!
