I no longer can tell who is in what time zone so please forgive me if I disturb your sleep!! I am so grateful that my own internal clock automatically adjusts to the different zones!! I wake up @ 530 no matter what zone I’m in. I wonder how my body does that??

I am up all hours of the day …lol. I hardly even need an alarm…I’m up by 6 at least every morning! Enjoy your ride today Linda and give dragon slayer a hug for me…lol!
